For those of you who have a goldendoodle in the family, you probably know how fun, hyper, and energetic they are. If the studies are true, that should also mean that the humans in the family share the same level of energy. At least in my family, Chloe has been an amazing addition who always seems to persuade us to take her out for an adventure. From the beginning, it was clear that she needed a way to outwardly express herself, so I started researching goldendoodle grooming styles.
Even if fashion is a manmade concept, fun and unique goldendoodle grooming styles are a great way to show the world who your pup is on the inside. In my case, I am a working professional in an industry where conservative appearances are mandatory. This leaves little to no room for self-expressive things like outrageous hair colors or hairstyles. I think that’s why I’ve always been so keen on giving Chloe cool hairstyles. In a strange way, I guess you could say that the dog is my outlet expressing myself…in other words, I live vicariously through her.
Whether you have the same urge to “live vicariously” through your dog, or simply just want to make your dog the talk of the town with a unique hairstyle, these are the most badass goldendoodle grooming styles I’ve found floating around out there.

Dreads/Corded

I saw a dood that looked exactly like this last one when hiking in the mountains one day. It was no surprise that its owners also wore dreadlocks!
Lion Cut

Just make sure that if your dood looks like a lion, to not let him roam around the neighborhood freely 😀
