Heaven to Earth Rescue Review

I have been looking at pups from this rescue for about a month now.  I thought that overbreeding was a huge problem and these were pups surrendered by the breeder.  I did apply for a pup (three actually but I was only called about one which was not our first application or choice from that litter) and spoke to the woman (I believe her name was Rachel) and she she informed me that I basically have to commit to the pup and come to pick it up. It is by appointment only and they are “fostered” so you cannot see where the pups are living.  Since we did not get our first choice we opted not to adopt.  However, I have been getting alerts for about a month on Adopt-A-Pet and they have had weekly deliveries of multiple new pups from the same litter.  I just got an alert today of 11 new mini goldendoodles that were surrendered by a “hobby breeder” and this is what most of their listings say.  These 10-11 new ones all have lice which leads to skepticism about the breeding and/or housing of these puppies.  I am highly concerned about this “rescue” and will not be adopting from them.  This is incredibly sad and I believe this is a puppy mill broker or cover for a puppy mill they are running themselves.
