I am, as well as SO many people, are trying to raise awareness about a puppy mill / scammer in Cobden Ontario / Foresters falls region. His name is Tim Hubert, sometimes he goes by “Hubert’s pups.” He has gotten away with this for years. I have attached photos as well as testimonies:
I have also started a petition to get this cruel man shut down. I have contacted animal welfare who gave him an entire week to clean up his act and hide all of the evidence so he passed and was able to continue abusing and scamming people.
